Profile Deletion Request

What Happens When Your Account is Deleted:

  • Data Deletion: Upon the successful processing of your deletion request, we will permanently delete your account and all associated data from our servers. This includes your personal profile, preferences, and any other data collected during your use of My Fave 5.
  • Data Retention: Some of your data may be retained for a specific period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as financial records or ongoing investigations. This data is kept securely and will not be used for any other purposes as per our Privacy Policy.
  • Recovery: Please note that once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. If you wish to use My Fave 5 in the future, you will need to create a new account.

    Profile Deletion Process:

    1. Contact Us: Send an email to info@myfave5.org with the subject line “Account Deletion Request” FROM the email you use to log into the app. You may also initiate this process from within the My Fave 5 App.
    2. Provide your Email, NEVER Passwords: In your email, please include your account email address associated with your account in My Fave 5. This information is crucial for us to identify and verify your account. My Fave 5 will validate your email address to process your deletion request.
    3. Confirmation: Once we receive your request, we’ll send you a confirmation email. This email may include additional steps to verify your identity to protect your account from unauthorized deletion requests.
