Child Safety and Exploitation (CSAE) Policy
Effective Date: June 1, 2025
Policy Statement
MyFave5 strictly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
CSAE includes content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children, including grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or other sexual exploitation of minors.
CSAM includes any visual content (photos, videos, computer-generated imagery) depicting minors in sexually explicit conduct.
Prohibited Content and Actions
MyFave5 does not allow:
- Any CSAE or CSAM content
- Grooming or predatory behavior toward minors
- Sexual solicitation of children
- Content that sexualizes or endangers minors
Violations result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities.
Reporting
In-App: Use the “Report” link in the main menu (opens email template)
Direct Email: admin@myfave5.org – Subject: “URGENT – Child Safety Report”
Emergency
If a child is in immediate danger:
- Contact local emergency services (911)
- Report to NCMEC: CyberTipline.org
Our Response
When we become aware of CSAE/CSAM content, we:
- Immediately remove the content and suspend the account
- Report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)
- Cooperate with law enforcement investigations
- Preserve evidence as required by law
